The Center for Independent Living Opportunities now serves Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Juniata, Mifflin, Perry, and York counties as a partner of the PA Link network.
Its representatives assist people of all income levels in finding support within their communities, acting as a single point of entry for long-term services, programs, and benefits across Pennsylvania.

- Individuals of any age living with a disability
- Veterans
- People experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use challenges
- Caregivers and family members of these individuals
PA Link can help you:
- Find and connect with community resources and services
- Explore options that support independent living at home or in the community
- Understand eligibility requirements for available programs
- Complete applications for funding and services
- Access resources needed to stay active following a disability, illness, or injury
- Navigate the transition from institutional care, such as a nursing facility, back into the community
